I think everyone has that initial fear at being able to eat so much (specially if you've been on really restrictive diets to lose weight before) but it's true! It helps boost your metabolism which is how you lose weight on SW, not just starving yourself so you lose water weight and go into starvation mode!
Think I'm really beginning to 'get' salads! Had one for lunch just now and it was YUM! Has really filled me up as well, I couldn't finish it! That's a first for me

It had lettuce, spinach, beetroot, chicken breast marinaded in Nando's sauce (0.5 syns) and a tweak of boursin for HexA!
