DOING SW FROM HOME???

My husband takes the battery out of our digital scales and he puts it back in early Tuesday morning before he goes to work. I weighed myself before wi last week and nearly had an epi because of what the scales said and spent half the day letting what they said on there dictate my mood so that's when hubbs decided to take out the battery lol :)
 
Ohhh Charl hun, you weren't to know :-( you've got a new one coming now so don't beat yourself up. You're a fantastic mummy! And you WILL get to your target this year :)

I had 6 dark chocolate orange segments for 12 syns, totally worth it :)

I just changed my statistics, soooooooooo depressing going from 13st2 to 13st11... boooo! It has made me feel a lot more focused to get to target again now though! No more messing about! 2 days on plan properly, and feeling better already :) Hope you're all having a good night, I feel like a rubbish Mum tonight, my boy has wet the bed quite a lot lately and he has one of those waterproof thingys on so I just change his sheets and think thats fine, well the waterproof thing clearly hasn't been working, his mattress under was disgusting, soaking and smelled horrific, I feel so so bad, poor little kid. Thrown it out now, and checked Jacks too, which is ok thank god, so he has to sleep in the spare room until a new one comes, which I just had to order to come asap. Proper mummy guilt like! arg! xxx

Ah, definitely don't beat yourself up lovely, these things happen, and will all be forgotten once the new one arrives :) have you tried the bed mats? They are throw away and great for when they go through these phases- saves sanity (and mattresses :))
Be positive about target too, you are all helping me stay focused on here... I've not touched a lindt lindor tonight!

Aww Charl don;t feel bad, we've all done things like that... if it's supposed to be waterproof the last thing you are going to think is it's soaking through...

Jen only 2 syns each for a segment yum and totally worth it

Crap day meal wise, late breakfast, then had no incliation to eat lunch, intended to have it later as it was parents evening at daughters school so was eating dinner late, totally forgot so even thoughI had dinner I'm blummin starving again, I think a bowl of porridge before bed is in order...

Red day today, but I've felt horribly bloated all week, hope it settles down soon, I look 6 months pregnant...

I weigh myself most days in work coz they are the scales I officially use I know I shouldn't but can't help a sneaky peak!

Had a really good day today! My tea was gorgeous thanks to my mum! We had SW cottage pie but sweet potato instead of normal it was delish!! With fresh broccoli! Mmm! X
 
Charl, try not to beat yourself up about it these things happen. You`re a great mum.

Awww thanks ladies, he's pretty gutted as I've made him wear a bedtime pull-ups thing tonight (his bro still wears them he sleeps so deeply he never wakes up for the toilet) and he's so upset as he hasn't worn one for like 2 years, it's made slightly better by him having a double bed to roll around in, little tinker! Fingers crossed the new one comes soon!

Pretty anxious about WI as its only been 2 days on plan but hopefully some of my huge gain was bloat so it'll show some kinda movement downwards! (Please don't go up!)

Charl, I have had to reset my stats too. It was christmas and look how well you have done so far. You can do it again. As for being a bad mum, I bet he is very excited about his new mattress and sleeping in the spare room will be such a big adventure for him. He will be fine x

Breakfast - Alpen light cereal bar (hex b)
Morning snack - Banana
Lunch - 1/2 a fresh pineapple and SW rice pudding
Afternoon snack - Grapes
Dinner SW cottage, broccoli and cauliflower

Today
Breakfast - Grapes
Morning snack - Banana
Lunch - wholemeal roll (hex b) Egg mayo (light mayo 2 syns)
Afternoon snack - 1/2 fresh pineapple
Dinner - Grilled chicken breast, SW sauted potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower

I am not feeling hungry so am not sure if I should be forcing myself to eat more or not. Any advice would be gratefully received

I know I `d be starving if I only had grapes for breakfast! :)

If you have alpen light you can have two as your hex.
Alsp are you having enough syns?

Hey, it doesn't look like you're having enough HE's and syns- I always understood its the balance of them all that help with the weight loss.. the syns are actually a really important part, not just to allow you cheeky pleasures... I don't know the exact science, but as far as I understand you should try to have at least the two HxB's, at least one HxA and 5 syns.. just try swapping some stuff perhaps to fit it in to your hunger??

Thank you so much for your replies. I will try and eat some more. I struggle finding syns to eat. I am going to join a group on Saturday with my voucher. Hopefully the books will help x

No worries, even if its a bit of gravy with your chicken breast or a yogurt with syns instead of free? A glass of wine or a little piece of choc?! Will have a think :)
 
Sooooo happy, lost 5.5lbs!!! Back to 11st4.5lbs now, woohoo nearer to target!
