DOING SW FROM HOME???

I've too many lumps and bumps to wear one like that
 
Not had time to log in last few days... STS same Saturday and I'm definately going to have gained this week after the last few days off plan.... not too bad Sat and Sunday, just a Chinese and wine fiasco last night and then today when I scoffed the left overs.. Drawing a line underneath it once again.. back to the plan...

Think I need to plan properly meals for the next few days right down to snacks so I'm not looking for food when I'm hungry... and defo not buy any wine


Noticed a difference in my skin this morning after eating more crap, it was looking really clear but this morning it's blotchy and red again, you know a bit like when you use a face mask and it's drawn all the toxins out

There is something wrong with me this week. I feel so hungry and want to eat. Yesterday, had a binge on some Diet coke chicken (all within plan but could not stop eating). Hope this feeling goes away soon as it is annoying me.

Hi chick

Not sure about the syns as I usually have syns per day although I am wondering about trying them weekly to see if it helps with my losses.

As for the liquids stick with it for a few days once your body gets used to extra fluids it will settle down back to normal, I'm exactly the same when I boost my liquid intake

I have days like that I find I have more if I'm on EE for some reason...

Looking for inspiration for dinner now after eating so much rubbish the last couple of days.. think I might have plain chicken fillet and noodles one of my comfort foods, tons of hot water and lemon and an early night...

Managed to get some coconut essence found it by accident in the Chinese supermarket, coconut yoghurt and SW free chicken kormas aplenty now :)

Oh I am so there too! Never had massive boobs, and I don't put weight on them, but after 2 breastfed babies they are less than they used to be… I just hope the weight comes off my belly and bum and not my boobs or there'll be nothing left!
 
Opinions on my outfit for a night out Friday. New dress and shoes both from new look today. I was very excited because this dress is a 14 :) I know it's because of the style because I'm still a 16 in jeans but I was still massively happy!

Oh, please ignore my messy bed!

Thanks Li, I will see how it goes after consistent increased liquid! Just up for trying anything to keep this week on track! I am having a large lemony herbal tea as I type.

I have no dinner inspiration for tonight either… ended up giving the kids bean on toast because of the Rainbows run, and now I will eat when they are in bed after 7. I really feel like pigging out but supposed to be on Red day pre WI tomorrow. what to do?! I may make a turkey burger with some roast butternut squash … sounds a bit odd though to me and I have a fridge FULL of food!

Yum free kormas sounds good - is the essence free?

Thanks Rosielea and Joelypops :) it's shorter than I would ever normally wear but with thick black tights I felt more comfortable.

You look stunning! Dress is lovely, and v flattering - you don't look a size 14 :) I have a really similar one from H&M which I look forward to fitting into again one day (soon!)

Thank you :) I have to admit my waist is relatively small as is my back, but my hips and backside are where I carry my weight! This is why this dress is flattering as it pulls me in at my smallest part and then covers the less than desirable areas! I'm a 16 in jeans for this reason. One day I'll be 12's in everything....one day! :)
