Opinions on my outfit for a night out Friday. New dress and shoes both from new look today. I was very excited because this dress is a 14 I know it's because of the style because I'm still a 16 in jeans but I was still massively happy!

Hi Ladies

Bought these from the Chinese supermarket they are yummy but I can't find out anything about them online... Are they high in carbs ? I know I'll only be able to have them on green or EE as they're made from bean but hoping they'll have lower carbs and have less bloating effect than egg noodles or even be low syn for Red days. Anyone know anything about them/use them..?

So I made philli cider pork tonight, think I'll tweak the recipe next time and cook it slower for longer as the pork was a little tough. The recipe says serves 4, it would serve 4 SW people but not 4 hungry men! So next time when I make it for my bf I will have to increase the ingredients. Not bad though for 1.25 syns and 1/3 Hex A!

After my lack of dinner planning tonight I came up with this:



Baked field mushroom topped with turkey burger (garlic & red onion) and syn free onion chutney, butternut squash and Swede chips, baked aubergine with HEX cheese.. and I shoved it in the oven before kids bed so it was ready when I came down! And, it was v yum!
