DOING SW FROM HOME???

You all can do this 5:2 craze with SW too. Be on normal SW plan for 5 days and then Success Express for 2 days (eat as much veg as you can and little protein). RESULT

This sounds a lot more do-able for me personally. I'm going to have a read about SW SE plan as I've never done it.
I'm expecting a little gain on weds WI because I've had a weekend off plan.

Summer, my experience shows that SW is the best plan ever (at least for me I use the principles and do my own thing.. If I feel not losing and need a kick to my weight loss, I do a couple of days of Success Express. I worked out that the more of the right food (Super free) I eat , the quicker I lose the weight - because I am forcing my body to work hard to push out the toxins and stagenant stuff out of my body. I avoid processed food like ready meals, packet stuff, artificial sweetners, Qourn, soya (my body can't tolerate them) - from time to time I have the odd sugar free jelly, muller. If I want sweet stuff then use the real things - eat a piece of cake, chocolate or whatever and then next day eat loads of salad/veg. I love salad, also drink a lot of water, Black tea/coffee. I make a lot os SW friendly meals for my family & friends and no-one realise there is no fat/cream, etc. I drink alcohol in moderation/special occasion.

I feel there is no need to starve my body - if i do, it holds to every morsle of the food (experiencing that this week as I have not been eating due to loss of appetite).

Then again, each body is different and react to food differently. We have to experiment and find out what works out best for us.

Just been catching up on the last few days was tempted to try try 5:2 diet myself but don't think I'd be able to fast! I'm no good with things like that!
Ive been awful the last few days :( Been working loads and doing extra bar work etc too so I'm super done in this week! Really need a kick up the bum but with the house being up the wall it's a nightmare!
Hope I get back into the swing of things soon tho! X
 
Wow lots to catch up on this weekend, not sure about the 5-2 for me i have problems with regulating my blood sugar so couldn't safely fast. Only just started sw again and doing ok so will stick to this for the time being :)
 
ok so after my first week of SW and 5:2 combined, I have lost 3.5lbs this week, which is amazing as recently i have been only losing between 0.5 - 1lb a week! We shall see how week 2 goes, might have just been beginners luck! lol

Brill well done:) I'm hoping for a loss on Friday - been pretty rubbish over the weekend so any loss would be amazing - hoping today and Thursdays fast will rectify my bad behaviour:)
 
I'm getting on pretty well with it today, its not as difficult as i thought it might be but i have been busy at work so thats helped!
 
Evening all, very tired. Eldest now has nasty sickness bug. Spent hours cleaning the house, trying to de-bug! Opened all the windows then had a huge snow blizzard lol Feeling pretty grim, horrid period pains, new coil is giving me real jip at the mo :-(

Diet totally out of the window at the mo. Need to sort myself out.

My boss rang me today to convince me to stay! Awkward conversation!
