I'm just wanting to say hello and hope to get a bit of advice. I started SW in feb 2011 (going to class) and managed to lose almost 3.5st. I stayed wih it for about a year and a half and finally stopped going to class about a year ago. This was a big decision for me as i had been a part of the social team, met some good friends etc but I just felt that the plan wasn't foe me anymore. I convinced myself I could carry on with the weight loss, and I planned to calorie count. Anyway to cut a long story short in the past year I have (a bit half-heartedly and unsuccessfully) tried a few different things ....and managed to put 1st back on:cry:! I've come to the conclusion that going back to SW is the only thing that's going to work for me, or at least get me motivated. My question is to all you lovely people who follow the plan from home - how much harder is it? I'm debating wether to go back to group or not, I have a 2 1/2 year old son and finding any me-time for anything these days is pretty tough, not to mention the money side of things too. I'm just so worried that if I don't go back now while I'm so determined, that it will end up like everything else I've tried in the last year. anyone else been in a similar situation?
