D: chicken & veg stirfry, noodles, SW lemon meringue pie (delish!)

Busy day...washing on the line, grass cut, avon books collected, noah fed about to go to sleep, gonna get my SW Recipes out for inspiration

I made the lemon meringue last night omg it was delish, still got 3/4 left and its 100% synfree, need to make sweet things at hand as i have gotten used to eating big bar chocolate every night...so lemon merginue made, i am going to make stacey's trifle and i have a flapjack recipe i got from here but i'm not sure on syns...

Apricot Flapjacks...not the most chewy flapjack but i am loving them esp if you find it hard to use your HEB like i do

Flapjacks..these are lush but quite cakey rather than chewy am going to put them in fridge and see if it hardens up but i doubt it will

Mmm the donner kebab looks good, one of my fave SW recipes!
I've been off my food for the last two months but my appetite and energy is starting to come back now so I WILL start cooking again. Need to go through the freezer and cupboards first though...
