Day 5: Wednesday 18 April 2012
Breakfast: FF Nat Yog, 1 Banana, 1tbs Honey (syn)
Lunch: Jacket Spud, Beans, HEA 30g cheese
Dinner: SW Chips, MadameLeMinx Salt & Pepper Chicken & Chips
HEB:
Syns:
Honey 1, Choc Mousse 5, Milk in Tea 2 = 8/15

This is the most delicious meal ever - would be grate mixed in with vermicelli noodles to make a singapore fried noodles...I might have to cook it again tomorrow!

Nanny's Surprise Spaghetti

My friend gave me this recipe, and its delish!

Spaghetti cook and drain

Frylight one onion and bacon (fat removed cut into bite sized pieces)
Add sundried tomatoes (chopped into small pieces) 2 syns and some dried or fresh basil and lemon or lime juice
Tip spaghetti into pan with rest of ingredients, mix well and serve in warmed bowls with a sprinkle of cheese

I am jealous of your sw meals, I am do unimaginative and always struggle to find something nice to make then I get sick of the same things but I might try a few of yours if you don't mind. They look delish! :p

Man vs Food Burgers...
Emma-Louise’s burgers: extra lean mince, paprika, chilli flakes, s&p and 1 egg. shape into burgers and leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours before you cook them

I used that slow cooker sachet on Sunday for tea, although I added carrots, leek and swede instead of the veg they recommend. It was nice xx
We all love that packet mix - never thought of adding different veg (doh!) I love it with a bit of chilli...

Well I have had a very "angry" week and I don't do angry...I think anger might have had a big helping hand...the good thing is normally i comfort eat and I haven't but :mad: mrs angry wont be showing herself again soon!

No pics from yesterday sorry ladies, I had a portion of Singapore Noodles from Chinese takeaway and a bar of wholenut as my treat....just gonna work out today's diary and shopping list x

Day 1: Friday 20 April 2012
Brunch: 1x Wholemeal Toast (HEB) / Baked Beans, 30g Cheese (HEA)
Dinner: Portion Singapore Noodles from Chinese (7)
Syns: Milk in tea 2, Noodles 7, Cadburys Wholenut 13.5 = 22.5/15

Oh well but its treat night so that's fine!

Day 2: Saturday 21 April 2012
Breakfast: Natural Yogurt, Honey (1 syn), Banana
Lunch: Tin Spaghetti, Grapes
Dinner:
Satay Chicken, Rice, Stirfry veg
HEA: Milk
HEB: Peanut Hifi Bar (can't wait)
Syns: Satay Chicken = 3, Honey 1, = 4/15

My Dad is coming for tea tonight so I think I am going to try the 1 syn cupcakes on the recipe board, me and the kids always make cakes so making a switch onto healthier cake options is another bonus!

Forgot...Weight Loss this week in our house:
Paul = 14lbs (boo!! I do the legwork he reaps the bonus lol)
Me = 7lbs
DD Megan = 4lbs
Family Total = 25lbs - almost 2 stone combined loss...how amazing is that!
 
hi donna i hope ur aunt gets on ok with ww i think when ur doing the pp plan u have to add loads of zero point food to everything to stop feeling hungry thats why i like doing the simply filling plan can eat more hee hee thye don't like u doing s/f for 6 weeks for some reason :confused: xx
