....just a reminder to all newbies and re-starters (like me!) to make sure you take measurements (waist, hips, thighs, boobs etc.) along the way! It's especially heartening to see the inches adding up (meaning you've lost inches - if that makes sense!) when the scales aren't shifting downwards as quickly as you'd like!

Also have a "before" picture taken so that you can proudly show it when you reach your Target weight! Most people don't then regret it when talking about their success!
