I have just completed week 10 of Total and lost 3stone 3lbs. Im really happy with that and cant believe it. I am due to go on holiday next week and have decided to switch to lite. I have been having dizzy spells and so tired this last week and thought the time may be right.
I am utterly disappointed in some ways but dont want to go away and do total. I initially wanted to lose 3 stone but my second target is to get to the 4 stone mark. I just wondered if anyone here has done lite and managed to still lose weekly?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated because i dont seem to be able to find many posts on this.
