:confused:finding it hard today, feel like eating the wood off the presses, wonder does that have many cals! lol!! but im going to persevere until sat to see good results,i hope! i think its cause ive not long to go now so im more laxy daisy about it all!! have to keep going, i will keep going!! :copon:

I LET MYSELF DOWN! I DIDNT REFRAIN! ITS NO EXCUSE BUT I THINK THAT THINKING ABOUT THE CRAVING SO MUCH ALONG WITH MY LITTLE GIRL KEPT GETTING OUT OF BED JUST MADE ME FURIOUS AND I ATE! LIKE A FRECKIN PIG!!!!! SO SO SO SAD NOW! why o why o why! this will not happen again! im over it and ready for tomorrow!

Ach Trivenam, I know how that feels you have a big pig out and beat myself up about it afterwards. I've done that many times in the past. But it can't be undone, so all you can do is forgive yourself and move on. Draw a line and start again. But before you do it might be an idea to re-live the emotions in your mind and work out the final straw that made you give in. So if it happens again in the future you'll be more able to deal with it next time. Also it might part of your learning curve on the Lipotrim Train that will keep you slim after your food holiday.

I've managed to resist for now, but who knows what's down the path. Good luck with the rest of your week.

thanks everyone! im completely back on track after being up sick last night! lol... couldnt keep that burger down haha, wat a complete waste! anyway today is like any normal refreshing day for me! just going to have a shake before i go to play my first game of golf wit my mam! lol... x x

You can do it! come on get back on it and put it behind you, done it myself dont dwell dust yourself (and the crumbs) off and start again.

Know how you feel gal. I felt like that on Sunday!! Everyone around me seemed to be eating, the smell of food is so heightened. :devilangel:
Don't worry too much about falling off the wagon, it is hard to be a saint and you have done extremely well so far, so you are allowed to be human.
Pick up, brush down and keep on trucking. Don't give up now!! ;)
