Just had half a Dr Oetker pizza (the speciale).
I worked it out in my directory to be 21.75 syns for 1/2 the pizza
but it is OK because I am working my syns over the week (70 per week/10 per day average) and I am on a red day.
My question is that I have not had my healthy A today so can I count the cheese as my A and knock syns off or do I syn the pizza as it is the directory?
