Tonight will be my 4th week on SW and for first time im really dreading it :-(
Ive been sick all week so bo exercise at all and ive been snacking and not following the plan perfectly.
Each week I go I only loose 2lbs which Im happy enough with. Obviously id like to see more come off but 2lbs a week is better than nothing.
Anyone any tips for weigh in day? Anything people do or dont do?
