Extra Easy Dreading scales tonight

Tonight will be my 4th week on SW and for first time im really dreading it :-(
Ive been sick all week so bo exercise at all and ive been snacking and not following the plan perfectly.

Each week I go I only loose 2lbs which Im happy enough with. Obviously id like to see more come off but 2lbs a week is better than nothing.

Anyone any tips for weigh in day? Anything people do or dont do?
 
Best advice is to go to weigh in and stay to class no matter what! I put on last week, stayed to class and lost this week. If I hadn't stayed to class I might have started on a slippery slope.

Thanks for advice....your right too. I was already thinking if I didnt do well I would leave with tail between my legs but its the opposite that I should do!
 
Times like this can be tough, but the best advice I can give you is to go to group, face the scales, and stay to image therapy no matter what result you see on the scales. I.T is for when you've had bad weeks too, not just good weeks. You'll be amazed at the motivation, hints and tips you'll pick up from your consultant and fellow members.

Also, if you've been unwell, try not to worry about it. Getting yourself better is more important than sticking to SW 100% for one week.

Whatever result you see, draw a line under this week and start completely afresh. You've done amazingly well so far - don't let one bad week get in your way x
 
definitely stay for group. And try and see your weightloss as a long term thing, rather than week by week. So even if you stay the same this week you've still lost 6lb over 4 weeks which is awesome.

'Only' 2lb a week? Seriously you think that's a small loss to be having? I've been losing between 1.5-2.5 a week and am absolutely chuffed to bits :/

I would say the same as everyone else, stay to group. It gives me the buzz I need to be on plan until the next weigh in

aw yay! well done! and 2lb a week is amazing!! mine has averaged out to 2lb a week at the minute and i am desperately hoping i get a 2lb loss on tues lol then ill only have another 2lb to go to my 2st! :) lol
but really well done! :)
 
Thats brilliant! Cant wait til I get my first stone off.
Next bank holiday is in 7wks and ive set a personal target of 14lbs by then, that gives me average of 2lb a week which I definetly think is do-able :)
