I have 2 drinks everyday with a coconut bar for lunch (love them - I must be weird).
I am losing every week but not massive amounts like some people. I just wondered if people who are having all drinks are getting better weight losses than those of us who have a bar?
I think there are more cals in the bars - does this make a difference?
