    Hi all

Has anyone else got really dry skin?

I used to take eve primrose, star flower & flaxseed oil for my skin. Can I still take these on LT?

I'm not sure, Tiana, but I don't think so. I think we're supposed to avoid anything with flowers? I've just started using Aveena lotion from Boots which was recommended by someone who had lost 10 st with Lighter Life but didn't get any stretch marks! Feels good to me with a nice smell anyway.

There should be no problem with taking supplements if you usually take them.

I used to have it before lipotrim, but i think the increased water intake has really helped out. So maybe increase your daily water?
