Not sure if its already been posted on here, and i know a lot of people prefer to use this site for recipes, but, my partner has recently bought the recipe book from The Works bookshop last week for £3.99.

I have the recipe book, and there are some good ideas in it, but I'd only recommend it to an experienced Dukan dieter as there are many errors/inconsistencies in there. (Tomatoes on a PP recipe... too many tolerated ingredients in some of the desserts to be eaten by the number of people it says!).

So long as one remains vigilant, it's good! But definitely not a book to take literally.

Agreed, but as long as its used with some common sense it helps
