Dukan Diet Week 1

I started tues and was going really strong! I managed to lose 3lbs in 4 days!:)

However this weekend it went a little down hill! i had a friends birthday last night and ended up drinking. I stuck to vodka and coke zero! but i also helped myself to some canapes too!

I dont want to ruin all my hard work so far so tomo is a new beginning, but i wanted some advice, should I start from scratch or should i go on to my next phase of veg and protein! opinions please!!

im getting used to eating little and often but any advice much appreciated!!
