Cruise PP Dukan English Breakfast

Hi everyone,

Am fairly new to the Dukan Diet have been doing it 12 days now with my daughter. Have really missed the plain "good" food, so decided to make up a few of my own, but would like to run them past everyone first to make sure that I don't put on everything I have lost :cry:

My first one is the "Dukan English Breakfast"

Ingredients:

Mushrooms (omit if on PP day)
Skimmed Milk
Tinned Tomatoes (omit if on PP day)
40g (approx 2 tiny slices) of extremely Lean Bacon (I remove everybit of fat I can see)
Eggs
Dukan Turkey Sausage
Dukan Microwave Bread

Method:

1. Cook mushrooms in a small amount of skimmed milk adding lo salt to taste - cook until you have a nice brownish mushroom juice.

2. Warm tinned tomatoes.

3. Grill the bacon under hot grill to your liking.

4. Spray 2 pumps low fat spray into a NON STICK frying pan, add egg (I recommend cooking 1 egg at a time as they may stick) place lid over frying pan - I usually use one from saucepans that fits nicely. Cook until the egg white is not "snotty" and yolk is still soft.

5. Dry fry Dukan Turkey sausage.

6. Slice a couple of slices of Dukan microwave bread to mop up the juices.

Now what I need to know is ........ can I eat this safely :confused: :)
