Literally at the level of the door opening at the moment hope the sandbags do their job and keep it at bay :S

I can't believe your flooded. It must be horrendous for you. Has it happened to you before?

Thanks Hun just the utility at the moment which is lower than the rest of the house but looked under the floor boards and it's now about to touch the floor joists :S then the whole house will go under
No a few near misses but never flooded before
The ones across the road are proper flooded and I think they've flooded before

Thanks guys appreciating all the crossed fingers. We've been told it will rise again over night and peak, it's currently 1.5cm under our floorboards, so we should know by tomorrow :S
On the negative side we've had the council round with a letter about evacuating lol
