WI 1 day early this week as LLC is going to help out on a Scout Camp long weekend.

2lbs off this week, which I'm pretty happy with. The intense heat from the last few days has definately made me feel water-retainery/bloated so hopefully next week I'll show a better loss.

Onward, and slowly downward I go!
