Easing your way into sole sourcing

Hi, newbie here!!

I'm on my third cambridge attempt, first time I lost just over 3 stone around 3 years ago, put on 1 and 1/2 stone over the next two years. Lost this 1 and 1/2 stone last year for my holidays and then it all went to pot!!

Anyway I am back here for the last time, with around three stone to loose, which I would like gone before my holiday in August.

My 1st week loss was 4lbs (low carbed before hand), I'm on day 12 now and feeling very positive.

Thought it may help to post up my 3 days prep before I started SS, this really helped avoid the dreaded first few days, didn't help the headaches much but no hunger.

Day 1 2 egg Omelotte (sp) for breakfast
Lunch tuna salad
Dinner, large chicken breast and
green veg and one small potato,

Day 2 Ham and egg Omelotte - breakfast
Lunch Cambridge Shake
Dinner, Cod and green veg

Day 3 Cambridge for breakfast and lunch
Dinner chicken and green salad.

Day 4 SS

The above doesn't contain all your vitamins and minerals, I took a multi vitamin tablet each day, but it is only for the three days and I found it a lot easier to get into SS, was in ketosis by the end of the 3rd day.

Also just to say, love the site and gaining loads of inspiration from it!!! everyone is doing so well:)
