Back on plan today from my week off gained 3.6lb and ate what I wanted in a controlled way.

Hi everybody - Happy Easter!!!!

Well, no Easter Eggs for me today, but I bought lots of nice new Easter Clothes yesterday!
So, another 5lbs off for me this week, so I have lost a total of 22lbs
I'm very happy!!!! I've lost 3 and half stone since i started the diet midway through January and have got 2 and a half left to go, hopefully by June. Everyone has done amazingly well on the Easter challenge, and I would like to say thanks for all the support through the challenge. It's good to know there are people out there in the same boat

Well although I've stuck 100% I haven't met my own Easter target I set but you know what I don't mind as I know I've done a good job and was probably a tad over ambitious. Well done everybody xx
