I'm in need of motivation and a goal to work towards, so I would Luke to loose 35lbs by Easter Sunday I haven't been doing so well so far so hopefully its do able.
You can set any goal you like and then come on here and keep us informed of progress also we will all support each other so use this tread to vent as well ad celebrate.

Would love to join you! I'm, going to go for 2 stone loss, I go on holiday a few days after that so that will be a great target for me. If I make it that will mean i have lost 4 stone in total...whoop!

I just weighed this morning so I will not include that, first weigh in next sat.
