Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Our heating is broke today..cold!!!!

Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs

Lunch- tomato soup. Hexb wm bread. Yoghurt.

Tea- stuffed mushroom with onion pepper and hexa feta cheese. Butternut squash wedges and a salmon fillet. I dont eat fish snd every time i have tried salmon i hate it...but going to try again as i really want to eat more fish!!

Snacks- banana. Rich tea biscuit 2 syns? Cheese curls 3syns pink and white 2.5

Exercise- 15 min jog with sprints.

I feel loads better! Been in track today, trying to keep syns lower and ive been for a jog.

I really hope i enjoy the salmon! Its a good alternative to meat. Ive wrapped it in foil with lemon juice, salt, soy sauce, herbs and half a tsp of honey. Id love to know how you do yours!

It wasnt too bad..i would eat again and add garlic! I agree about smoked salmon..blergh!

Snack- fruit and nut cereal bar (6.5 syns!! Woahhhh)

Lunch- tuna pasta (1syn mayo) salad, two linda mcartney sausages

Tea- pork chops and roast veg

Snacks-banana

Exercise-

Im still waiting for the blooming gas man since 9am! Its now 11.40!All my morning plans have been ruined! Dont have time to walk my dog now..im really angry! ....and cold :(

Thought I say 'hi'...glad to have come across your diary as your stats are similar to mine. I had always been in doubt as if sw works if u don't have a large amount of weight to loose, I guess ur proof that it does.

Well done on ur loss so far ! hope the heating is sorted out soon

The less you need to lose the harder it is! Once i plateu i need to bring something else into it such as increase or change exercise, reduce syns etc you will get there!
 
Ooohh ooooo!!! Only thing il say is..aslong as you can turn it back around tomorrow...little things wht u fancy does u good. Im meant to be encouraging you to be good here arent i?! Lol. How will you feel after? What if u have a long day tomorrow too? Or get a takeaway but choose wisely !

Tea- 2 ww sausages ( 1syns) in oxo gravy, onions, stuffed mushrooms hexa. Veg

Snacks- chewee bar (4 syns) banana. Pink and white (2.5)

Exrrcise- 45 min dog walk.
