Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Might pop today!!

Ive just got home from parkrun. Im.not sure on my time yet but think its under 30mins! My friend who i went with fell out with me though as i ran faster and went ahead! Sillyy!!
Also been on a 40min dog walk! Very active morning!!

Breakfast- banana, satsuma, yoghurt

Lunch- im trying the easy peasy tomato soup recipe with the pickled onion...hmmmm!!! Lol

Tea- big mac in a bowl!!

Snanks- we are going shopping in a mo to get nibbles for our friends coming round this evening. I will update what i get!

Big mac in a bowl is great! Its whatever is in a big mac but in a bowl. Lean mince, gherkins, finely chopped onion, cheese slices on a bed of iceburg lettuce. And thousand island dressing ( i use light mayo and ketchup mixed)

I may of had a glass too many last night..feeling a bit wooozy! And ate far to many crisps!! I hope i havnt undone all my good work from last week. Back on plan today so hopefully it wont make a difference!

Lunch- beef roast made by hubby. Hes under strict instruction of frylite, no oil!

Okkk. Totallll write off this weekend. Were taking advantage of the £5 Pizza hut deal...this is why i dont drink. NO MOTIVATION!!
 
Hahaaa!

I feel soo annoyed at myself!! The pizza was horrid! I still ate every slice! I feel bad as im not meant to be drinking and i have both days! I feel ive probably ruined all my weight loss from last week. But i cant do anything except for shaking it off and re starting. Im not drinking next weekend now. I may book a squash court for sunday morning as an extra push! Gutted :/
