Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Todays plan...

Breakfast- 2 turkey bacon and scrambled egg.

Lunch-

Tea- chicken fajitas hexb

Snacks- space raiders (3) banana

I dnt knw what to do for lunch! Maybe parsnip soup. I will update
 
The wrap is syned but im classing it as my hexb. Its wholemeal and would only have 1. Chicken, peppers etc with your own spices. Paprika etc. I dont have a sauce to use. Il add lettuce and sweetcorn.
Thre are free wraps called Bfree but they were really expensive!
 
Mainly paprika! If you like spicy you can add cumin. Aromat ( is like a savoury spice) jerk or cajun chicken? Sometimes just add 1syn of mayo. More of a chicken wrap than fajjtas! Lol
 
Todays plan-

Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs

Lunch- brocolli soup

I start work just before lunch ( 11.30 ) which is an awkward time!! So i will take some fruit to eat around 1pm , and a small snack for 3 pm of carrot sticks, grapes and a cereal bar which is 6.5 syns!! I wont be buying them again.

Tea- pebbles ham and leek cheesy bake with veg
