Lunch- brocolli soup with 2boiled eggs
Tea-pulled pork in wm roll with salad, sw coleslaw , corn on the cob
Snacks- cereal bar (6.5)
Exercise-20 min jog, 20 min of insanity. Dog walk ( around 1 hour)
