Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Whoopsie. Grr i feel really awful again for drinking that!! And ive gained 1.5lb :(

Right ..back on track

Breakfast- two boiled eggs

Lunch- butternut squash soup.wm roll hexb

Snacks- (we dont have much in till tomorrow :/) cereal bar (6.5)

Tea- tuna mayo (1) jacket potato. Cheese hexa. Salad. Small bowl of brocolli soup.

Exercise- 1 hour dog walk, 20 mins home workout

Me and hubby got the munchies tonight but instead of rubbish ive made sw chips and chicken. I know its late but could of been a lot worse!
 
Going to do tomorrows diary as i have it rough in my head.

Break- satsumas

Lunch- brocolli soup with 2boiled eggs

Tea-pulled pork in wm roll with salad, sw coleslaw , corn on the cob

Snacks- cereal bar (6.5)

Exercise-20 min jog, 20 min of insanity. Dog walk ( around 1 hour)

Ooo yey! Make sure you take a piccie! Ive done it before in the sw bbq sauce ( the one with passata and worcester sauce) but i found it realllyyy sweet so im going to syn a tbsp of bbq sauce from a bottle instead. You may like it a lot more though. I just found i couldnt eat a lot...maybe thats a good thing though! Lol
 
Least your doing a good deed by feeding the hungry men of this world!

Ive done lots of exercise today! Tonights plans may change though. May be meeting a couple of friends for drinks. Maybe food. Maybe nibbles. Maybe not at all. I will update...waiting for men to organise something. Last minute thing no doubt!
