Eating in Italian Restaurant

    ok - i have to go out for a meal at my new work place on Thursday at a local italian restaurant

    i am on aam week, but have basically nibbling on chicken and quorn and courgettes and some mushrooms....

    i'm 5'7.5 and 10.10 in the evening so not too bad weight wise - and will be doing 2 sachets and an evening meal moving forward...for a few weeks and then on to weight watcher for maintenance

    so - my question is - what should i have at the restaraunt (with my sparkling water) thats not crazy and weird looking?

    any ideas?
