Eating/ not eating all your points

Hi everyone,

I'm new to WW (only my 10th day) and really enjoying it so far, not finding it difficult at all.

The only problem I'm having is that I'm not managing to eat all my points in a day (I worked out I should be having 22). Today I've had a total of 14.5 and I really feel as if I could not eat anymore. I know that's not enough but I'm so full up lol. I'm also a lot more active these days (been on a lot of walks and playing sports active on the wii) so I'm just concerned that I'm not eating enough.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hiya and welcome!

I have trouble some times, but it really is important to eat most if not all your points. You can carry over 4, but I don't think any more than that.

Eating all your points will keep your metabolism going - perhaps have a slightly bigger breakfast? I find it better to eat more points early on, as then you can burn them off!

I guess I am just going to have to try and eat most of my points a day, last thing I want is to spoil it. Is it right that when you drop down into the next stone bracket you get to drop a point? If so I'm only 1 pound away (yay!) :D

thats right , you drop a point when you go into then next stone, to be honest if you're that close you could probably drop it now, how about adding some fruit here and there to up your points-or go mad and have a biccie with your cuppa

I agree - you should eat all your points ... if you can't eat them in one day, you can carry over 4 for a treat (wine jumps to mind :D).

And I agree - drop your point now!
