Eating Times

    Hi. I just started slimfast last week. What i wanted to ask was what time do yous guys roughly eat at. I tend to work 11 to 9 so i tend to eat late. The following are roughly the times i eat.

    Breakfast: 11.00am
    Snack 1:2.00pm
    Lunch: 4.00pm
    Snack 2:.5.30pm
    Dinner:7.00pm
    Snack 3:10pm

    Hi Tahira, welcome to minimins I've only just got myself into a routine and it's something like

    Breakfast: 9am
    Snack: 10-11am
    Lunch: 1pm
    Snack: 2-3pm
    Dinner: 4pm
    Snack: anytime after 5pm

    Diet:
    was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical
    Breakfast: 9-10am
    Snack: 12pm ish
    Lunch: 1-2pm
    Snack: 3-4 pm (and ive started having something like carrot sticks at 5-5:30pm)
    Dinner: 7:30-8:30pm (as i dont get home till gone half 7)
    Snack: pudding sometime after dinner....

    I start work at about 7.45 so mine is

    Breakfast 7 - 7:30
    Snack - 11ish (if i get time) - usually a yoghurt or something
    Lunch - 1:30ish
    Dinner - 5-6
    Snack - 8ish
    Snack with cup of tea / hot choc about 10ish

    Thanks everyone for replying, this was usefull seeing that everyone is eating at different times and still losing weight. i work late so thats why i eat late so i thought that might effect my weight loss.
