Eating when thirsty

Ha!! Caught myself doing it!

Went into the kitchen cos I was thirsty. Picked up a snack and sat down again.



I know food will quench my thirst. I used to always eat when I was thirsty, but I hadn't noticed it quite so obviously as it was this time.

I'm shocked!

Well done you for noticing though. I am not eating at the mo as SSing but whenever i feel hungry I drink more and it really helps

It's all part of our body's evil plan lol.
To be honest I think it's more to do with our brain. Our body is sending out all the right messages but our brain is so used to it's skewered thinking we need to teach it stuff all over again.
