After what I thought was a very good clean week on ww I was completely and utterly floored to be told I was up and not just up but sigificantly up!!!!

Thanks Georgina, i dropped off on the exercise last week though!!! I suppose I need to move more. I'm off work at the minute so every step counts. Joining a a cycling club on Sunday and heading on a power walk later tonight. I was up three pounds on Tuesday and woz really pissed off to be honest. But I'll keep going and see what happens from there.:)

Hi Shez, all gud here so far! Nothing to report! Ha Ha!!! :D
Did a blast of a walk last night with my sister in law to be Una round the town. It's fairly wet and dismal here today, but aim to get out for a good brisk thirty minutes or so later on. Running low on the soup & jelly at mo, may get a plan together and sort that out!!!:)

Hi hun, I usually do out my points in the morning and then readjust them to suit as the day goes on. Just had a jam doughnut there. Yum!!!
 
Oooh yumii i keep looking up muffin recipes in class for red nose day someone made them i had 2 with cream and blueberry compote amazinggg x
