Hi hun, ive been lazy and not updated! Went out friday night, drank far too much :) Really enjoyed myself ha ha. Ate a bit naughtily on sat but back on it again now!!

Good on you! I'm being super lazy and exercise this week has been minimal! :( I haven't been out for 3 years and my recovery is very very slow ha ha!!! xx

Have been sooo lazy and not updated for AAGGEESS!! I need to get my motivation back...its left!! I am struggling at the mo..... :( I am giving into temptation and seem to have zero willpower!
 
Right.......i NEEEED to get back into writing this food diary!!! I have joined aSW class now after losing all willpower! Doing ok so far....Writing food diarys for class has REALLY helped keep me on track. Im writing my last weeks diary for the consultant this week so i will be back to daily logging here from weigh in next wed!!!Have been trying to mix things up a little and been attempting some red days!
While i am here im gonna fill in todays food :)

SYNS= gravy=3 yogurt=0.5 chocolate=9

BREAKFAST banana

LUNCH vegi sausages, beans, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms

TEA quorn chilli, rice, salad

SNACKS strawberries

SYNS butter=2 snack a jacks=5 popcorn=8

RED

HEA 1+2 milk and cheese
HEB 1+2 bread and hifi

BREAKFAST banana

LUNCH egg, bacon, mushrooms

TEA bolognaise, BNS chips, salad

SNACKS chicken thigh

SYNS butter=2 ketchup=1 chocolate=5 hi fi=6

Weigh in tomorrow, not got my hopes up even though its been a good week! My scales are telling me its a STS :( Fingers crossed even half a lb drops off by tomorrow
 
STS at weigh in! And had a few bad days as it was my birthday!!! Back on track today and have upped the exercise to get the scales moving (hopefully!)
