EE Food Diary (struggling so need help)

I have been doing Slimming World for about a year now and have lost about a stone and a half. Since the new year I have really struggled to lose the weight I put on over xmas so would really really appreciate any help and support I could get. I do the diet on my own as I cannot afford to go to a class so am unsure on a few things (i.e. how many syns I am supposed to have). I was having about 5 syns a day on average but after speaking to a few people I was advised to try and up them, so this is what I have done - I maintained last week and only lost a pound this week so I am really struggling and dont know what I am doing wrong.

Hense the food diary. I would really appreciate all comments, anyway here goes.

B: Pudding rice with sweetner.
L: Jacket potato with beans.
D: Chicken stir fry with egg noodles, onion, mushrooms, soya sauce.
S: Pineapple, mug shot, 2 x bananas, activia fat free yoghurt

HEA: 1/2 skimmed milk & 1/2 reduced fat cheese
HEB: 2 x alpen light
SYNS: 2 x tsn options hot choc (2)
2 glass red wine (12)
Total SYNS: 14

L: no lunch as not hungry
D: Syn free burgers and salad

HEB: 57g wholemeal roll
SYNS: 2 tsn options (2)
3 little bars of choc (9)
Total SYNS: 11
GYM: 20 mins treadmill, 10 mins rowing machine, 10 mins bike, weights.

D: Roast chicken, potatoes, salad, beetroot, pickled cabbage, gerkins

SYNS: 2 tsn options (2), 2 LF sausages (1), 100g RF coleslaw (3.5), 4 little bars of choc (12)
Total SYNS: 18.5 (oops!!!)

D: steak, mushrooms, broccoli, sprouts, red pepper, onions, quark, sw fruit roulade with banana and strawberries.
S: none

SYNS: 2 tsn options (2), 2 glasses wine (12), roulade (1/2)
Total SYNS: 14.5
Gyn: 25 mins treadmill, 10 mins rowing machine, 10 mins cross trainer, weights

This is not a normal week for me as I am off work. I feel that I am eating 1/3 of each meal as superfree food, but any suggestions would be appreciated. i would desperately like to know if I am using my syns correctly (like am I having too many, or not enough, I cant seem to stike a balance).

its my WI day tomorrow and I got on the dreaded scales on sat and today (which I know I shouldnt & I have only lost a measly pound, which i know wont change by tomorrow):cry:
