If the food is free on both days thats fine I can eat as much as I want, and I syn everything else.
If I have got the plot no wonder its called extra easy, I can count to 15 syns lol

You've got it right, except you can freely eat any food that is free on both days AND food that is free on red AND food that is free on green

Beware even free foods have calories

My consultant warned us about overeating free foods as the Extra Easy plan works if you eat according to your appetite and don't forget the fill your plate two-thirds full of superfree foods to speed your weight loss suggestion in the booklet.
