Don't worry just start from today. Sometimes I find you have stuff you don't think you should and worry about it and still lose I think confusing your body does it good now and again. I did it a few weeks ago went out for my birthday had bad stuff including cake then chocolate in the week and lost 2 when I went to weigh in just by not writing off the week and starting again the next day xx
Yes I've noticed every once in a while your body needs a slight off plan meal to give your weight loss a kick up bum it needs x

im back :)

was a hectic weekend last weekend being daughters 1st birthday - indian, pub meal and chinese was fri sat n sun with far too much alcohol!
weighed in monday had lost 1lb lol
havent been following it properly this week either tbh but i need to try and get back on track!
