EE or red and green days

I love the extra easy plan but don't seem to be losing much despite really sticking to it and always having healthy snack s at hand. Years ago when I did red and green days I lost a lot more so I wandered if I would be better on the old diet ....but I don't want to, so,:4633: should I stay as I am and see what happens . There is freezer heaving with ee meals so maybe give it another week.
 
I do EE but veer towards a red day - I dont have a huge amount of carbs.

Make sure you're eating because you're hungry - not just because you can
 
I have been doing EE for 13 weeks with a steady weight loss, but now I have plateaued. I am going to try adding in Original days every other day or so to see if it helps as I am a rice fiend :eek: and eats LOADS :p of it.
