Eeeek

I'm going to be 13 weeks on Friday! Sickness generally goes away by late afternoon so hopefully it will wear off soon! Hope so cus I don't have many sickness tablets left! :/ how far are you?

After my first post I've had

2 fried eggs, 2 buttered potato cakes and beans and 2 slices of toast with lurpak!
Also an ambrosia strawberry jelly and custard pot!
Had some innocent apple juice too and another cup of tea!
 
I am 8 and half weeks, trying to stick to sw as best as can but finding it hard. Are you sticking to any kind of healthy eating? ?
Today ive had two pieces of toast and padta in sauce
 
Not at the moment, with having lost over a stone in first tri which is not very healthy at all, I am just eating whatever I can, my sickness has been so severe there is no room for 'healthy eating' as soon as I feel better then I will be watching what I eat, hoping to avoid putting on more than the 16lbs iv already lost though, if I do this I won't have any baby weight to lose xx
 
I am finding it really hard as i am feeling sick all time but i dont want to pig out as i dont want.to have to put more weight on than i have to. I lost a stone and half whilst on slimming world and felt great so i dont want to put it all back on .
 
Honestly think while you feel sick him that you should eat what you want to, believe me it's alot easier! When you feel better and back to normal you can assess the damage and concentrate on not putting on too much weight! That's what I'm doing, I nearly had to go on a drip a few weeks ago that's when I gave in and started eating whatever I could because I need calories from somewhere! x and remember however much you put on you CAN lose it again! So don't let it play on your mind too much, enjoy being able to treat yourself abit! If you can't when your pregnant when can you xx
 
Hope your sickness eases soon ladies, i agree with Mrs S, just eat what you can manage for the moment - baby will take all the nutrients they need from you!

All pretty healthy so far!
 
I will defo take ur advice and hopefully wont feel as sick.
Today ive had
3 tangerines
2 bananas
1 apple
Small bowl of branflakes
Bowl of scouse ( from cafe by work) with piece of brown bread
2 piece of cheese on toast with 3 cumberland sausage 2 egg and beans
Randon tea i knw but got home from work at 8.30 and threw everything together
 
What is scouse? Never heard of it! X

Iv had today

Cup of tea
Snack pack of pineapple
2 more cups of tea
1 potato cake with bit of lurpak on
Bowl of sausage tomato and cheese pasta
Strawberry alpro soya milkshake
Apple crumple and custard!

Been an okay day today got most food groups!
 
Ur day was good mrs s.
Dont really know how to describe scouse really bit it got potatoes in carrots onions .
Today so far ive had cup of coffeeand 2 crumpetd
 
Today was first day I had no ness and iv felt queezy all day! Ate pretty badly can't wait til I feel normal and can start eating properly again!

Breakfast - none

Lunch - half a can of tomato soup, 3 thin slices crusty bread with lurpak
Banana milkshake

Dinner - 1 wrap with sour cream, chilli con carne, chips and cheese, pineapple juice,

Snacks -
alpro soya strawberry milkshake
Strawberry and banana smoothie
2 small chocolate eclairs
Handful of chocolate covered raisin! x
 
Day two of no tablets, felt quite ill but by late afternoon I was okay and no being sick!

Breakfast - none

Lunch -
snack pack of fresh pineapple
3 Jacobs cream crackers with lurpak and
Dairylea
Cup of tea

Dinner - (at chiquitos)
A handful of tortilla chips w salsa dip
3 slices garlic and cheese flatbread
Half southern fried chicken breast w BBQ sauce, mini corn on cob with jalapeño butter, coleslaw and a few fries and 3 onion rings
About 5 churros with chocolate fudge dip (churros are my favourite thing ever)
2 glasses of coke

Snacks -
Dr pepper
Banana yazoo milkshake
Handful of chocolate coated raisins

Had to take a tablet today!! :( was being sick loads!

Today have not ate much really

Breakfast - none

Lunch -
handful of chocolate raisins,
Cup of tea

Dinner - half a Hollands steak pie (small anyway) a big scoop of Mayo mash, garden peas and a few carrots, w gravy and ketchup
Slice of fresh cream lemon drizzle cake

Snacks -
Cup of tea
Strawberry and banana smoothie
Pineapple juice
 
Today not been too bad no tablet but felt really ill,

Lunch -
large fries from mcdonalds w mayonnaise and a large coke

Dinner -
tuna Mayo sandwich and a few bites of LOs tuna Mayo sandwich

Snacks -
1 pack fizzy apple chewits
1 pack cola chewits
Can of pepsi
Cup of tea
Apple juice
Slice of lemon drizzle cream cake

Iv found keeping it light during the day helps with the nausea and I can eat abit more in the evening then x
 
Not had a good few days ate everything and anything.woke up this mornong and feel awful,just feel constantly sick. In work 9-7 too so not looking fwd to it.
I used to always make my lunches for work but since being pregnant and getting up feeling sick , iam never in the mood to make it.
I then order from cafe over the road from work and end up eating all sorts
 
Yesterday wasn't too good!

Felt really dizzy and nauseous it was horrible! Had to take a tablet again!

Breakfast - none

Lunch -
half a little cone of chips (so nice but shared with LO)
A drench orange and passionfruit drink

Snacks -
Pack of fizzy apple chewits
Pack of strawberry chewits
That's was throughout the say to try keep my sugar levels up
And loads of fizzy vimto! Obsessed with that stuff at the moment it's delicious! Can't stop thinking about it!

Dinner -
Was going to cook but felt horrible if I wasn't lying down so we ordered dominos!
Had 3 slice of a large dominator pizza with chicken, pineapple and sweetcorn, a big handful of potato wedges and a slice of the mini garlic bread!

Got loads of pizza left so sure that will be today's lunch too lol!
 
Having so much sleep but waking u with no energy.feel crappy again today
Jus had 3 choc weetabix and dont feel any better
Wish i didnt feel sick and cud stick to sw
