Eeeek

I can eat loads of fruit but only me and LO eat it so half of it goes bad so I end up not buying it, I try to do veg with most evening meals, but again I have to force it down DH and LO! I've ordered salad things to come in shopping tomorrow so can start having that at lunch time x
 
thats what i do now i buy
lettuce
tomatoes
cucumber
onion
sweetcorn
thats the only sort if salad stuff i like so i get all that once a week and try nd have it few times with diff meals.
even if some of lettuce goes in bin is ok as go to aldi so dead cheap.

ive ate alot of fruit and salaf today so pleased
 
I never end up eating lettuce cus I'm funny about it if it's not really crunchy haha, I've got some tomatoes and cucumber to put on my sandwiches in day and ordered some melon grapes pears bananas and oranges which I know LO will eat too just need to make sure I eat them, got loads of frozen veg in freezer so need to make sure I put abit more on my plate I think and not just have carrots or peas haha x
 
Iv got cauliflower, greenbeans and broccoli in freezer but I can never be bothered by the time it gets to end of cooking I think oh I'll just stick some peas in microwave haha

burrito stuffed with spicy rice peppers tomatoes onions and chicken, w 2 spoons of sourcream and 3 potato animals

Snack - 340 cals
2 small slices of coconut cake

Snack - 274 cals
2/3 turkey sandwich w floralight and mayo
Pepsi max

Total - 2185 cals

Not feeling so good this morning so just had a yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, had a rubbish nights sleep so hope it's down to that and I'm not catching anything!
 
LO wouldn't go sleep til nearly 2am and then I was awake til nearly 5am couldn't get to sleep, DH woke me up at 6 getting ready for work and then tesco came at half 8 so I've only had a few hours, might try get jess to go sleep for abit after dinner!
Thanks I feel like I'm doing good but my dad taking me for lunch tomorrow, mcdonalds Friday and then somewhere out on Sunday so just gonna have to be good when I'm home, its not often I go out 3 times in a row though really! Tomorrow I can get a sandwich wherever we go or jacket potato and DH at college tomorrow night so wont be a big tea cus we won't have it til late so will probably be okay in calories
 
Well impressed with lunch for 400cals it was really nice and didn't feel like I needed anything else with it, will have snack this afternoon as yesterday I was starving by the time DH got home and we ate tea x
 
911 cals so far, about to make our burritos, and got a coconut cake later when I'm watching obem, it's my favourite so I'll have to be careful not to eat the whole thing haha x
 
I love it haha every week I think I'm one week closer to having mine haha,
Tea was nice but I got full so quick so left quite abit! Got quite a few cals left so looking forward to my cake later now :)
 
2185 cals total today, first day I've been over 2000 for a few days though and still within target, will try to be healthy tomorrow before and after having lunch out x

I've been out for lunch though I picked one of lowest on menu and just had coffee and some choc at my sisters, weigh in tomorrow then I'm having mcdonalds tomorrow afternoon been looking forward to it all week lol x
