2009 cals total today. Just really hope scales change tomorrow morning, iv not done bad to say I've been out for lunch and ate choc haha, looking forward to mcdonalds tomorrow :)
I'll just keep in mind ive done well all week so if I do gain then just think it could've been worse if I wasn't watching calories!
 
+2lbs this morning, I've been good all week so nothing I could have done, I did lose 2lbs a few weeks so too and then STS, total gain at 31 weeks is 7lbs x

Low fat cherry yoghurt
1 Medium pear

Snack - 572 cals
Large decaff skinny caramel latte from costa
Chocolate brownie

Lunch - 660 cals
Big mac
Handful of chips
Few sips of coke

Dinner - 866 cals
2 slices toast w floralight 1/2 tin Heinz spaghetti and sausages
Pepsi max
2 small slices coconut cake

Total - 2260 cals

Will try to make sure I have more fruit and veg tomorrow x

Breakfast - 233 cals
Glass ss milk
Chocolate mini roll

Lunch - 537 cals
3/4 footlong turkey subway with cheese, lowfat mayo, lettuce, cucumber and tomato
Pepsi max

Snack - 70 cals
Small handful chocolate raisins

Dinner - 645 cals
3 eggs, 3 pieces of toast w flora light and ketchup

Snack - 340 cals
Coconut cake

Total - 1835 cals

Got up late so not much breakfast! Waiting for DH to get home and hes bringing me a subway for late lunch x
 
I was like that last week I try make sure I have some milk and a yoghurt everyday now and some cheese every few days because the babies bones are hardening at this point so need extra calcium x
 
And a six inch turkey sub with cheese and Mayo and salad is only 358 cals really don't think that's bad at all x
 
Got to 8pm and realised id only had 850cals

Had eggs and toast and then some cake to up my calories, really not hungry but thinking I should eat something else before bed so im up to around 2000, drank alot today been really thirsty and my feet are all swollen up so having a bad day x
 
So yesterdays total was 1835 cals, just wasn't hungry at all! It's not often I am that low though so once doesn't bother me, x

2 warburtons sandwich thins with flora light and ketchup, 3 grilled sausages,

Big handful celebrations

Lunch/dinner

Roast chicken breast (skinless) mashed potato, roast potatoes, 3 Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, carrots, greenbeans and chicken gravy

Snack.
1 medium pear

Supper
2 scones with cream and raspberry jam
Bottle of shloer

Decided to have today off LO got me chocs and making a big Sunday roast for dinner so just going to enjoy it x

I have about 2000-2300 a day I just update my diary as I go along so it doesn't show full amount til end of the day x
