About to try the DVD- so far have just been doing some really quite easy routines off YouTube And I think I'm about to get a shock..... Think I will wimpily just try the 20 minute version.
HiActually really enjoyable- got out if breath far more than the YouTube clips. Cheated though as only used my 3kg ( well I hate new DVDs when you don't know what's coming - never want to go all out in case it just gets harder and harder) - so this coming week rather than trying the 50 minute one I'm going to work on building up to using my 6kg. When I can do the entire thing on 6kg then I'll switch to 50 min and do the same. Watching Dancing on Ice now and feeling inspired by the sheer tiny-ness of the girls!
