EGGS???!

1st week i started off having 3 eggs, yolk included. But i was shocked to find out how many calories were actually in an egg!
So now I've switched to one egg and 2 egg whites.

By not eating the egg yolks you are losing most of the nutrients in an egg (apart from protein).
 
I have atleast one egg a day sometimes boiled followed by fruit for breakfast or i just had beans poched egg and toast and it wass gorgeous!!!

I tried Quorn Sausages this morning!! YUM! I actually quite like them!
