Just as long as I'm not going over my quota.....I have 3 in an ommlette and depending on what I have for dinner maybe a hard boiled egg on my salad.
I eat about 6 -8 a week, but I'm more of a meat eater to be honest
They are brilliant. Packed with vitamins and minerals, omega 3 and other good substances! I've had up to 6 in a day but average about 2 a day.

Eggs are fantastic. I have 4 ex-battery hens, they keep me in eggs and they are delicious.
I eat them every day and never had any problems, egg mayo salad is one of my favs. x
