how can you not like egg bread, it is delicious. Well it is the way I do it anyway 
Get two slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf (Hex b)
whisk 2 eggs with a dash of milk
Place the slices of bread into the egg mixture and thorough cover so that the bread soaks up the mixture and cook on a pan in a little spray oil. until each side is browned.
Top with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (2 syns) and sliced banana
All equals - dessert heaven.
