well a bit about myself im married and have 5 kids and 2 dalmations i weigh in at home every tuesday my 1st weigh in is 17 STONE 1LBS

TUESDAY 9/8/11 BREAKFAST = 1/2 PT SEMI SKIMMED MILK =4 POINTS LUNCH = eat smart chicken&bacon sandwich= 9 points and grapes DINNER =100g marinated chicken=4 points 150g new potatoes =3 points salad 3tbsp extra light mayo =1point mullerlight = 3 points EXTRAS= 1 turkey dinosaur =4 points dairylea dunker =3 points TOTAL POINTS USED=31 POINTS 0/49 WEEKLIES USED i think that is right i will try and use all my dailys up its just i was out today and didnt prepare myself xx
