I am a convert to Weight Watchers after trying unsuccessfully to follow the Slimming World plan. (No criticism of SW, it just didn't work for me, I was just eating far too much!). Having lost 3 stone after the birth of my son some 19 years ago, and keeping it off for several years, I know I can shift this 2 stone if I commit to Weight Watchers.
So, here goes for day one:
20 point allowed:
Breakfast:
Porridge = 1.5
1 tsp sugar = 0.5
Semi skimmed milk = 1
Snack
Packet of Quavers = 1
Lunch:
W/W soup = 2
Ryvita x 4 = 2
Low fat cheese triangles x 2 = 1
Activia strawberry yoghurt = 1.5
Snack:
Apple = 0.5
Dinner:
W/W meal = 4.5
Sweetcorn = 1
Jacket potato = 2.5
Drinks, diet coke, black decaf coffee throughout the day.
Total point for the day = 19
Exercise = 15 mins on rebounder
