Hello everyone, I'm new here and just wondered if I could jot down what I've had to eat for the first four days of my Slimming World Diet (extra easy plan) and possibly ask for evaluation, tips etc.? I'd be very grateful.

Thursday:

Free
black coffee no sugar
Boiled potatoes and baked beans
Chicken (no fat)
marmite

Superfree Foods
salad no dressing
2 satsumas
a banana
an apple
strawberries
lemon slices

Healthy extras:
wholemeal bread (2 slices from 400g loaf)
28g cheddar

small handful potato wedges from frozen - 2
Total - 14

Friday

Chicken (no fat)
marmite
baked potato (small)
homemade curry (fry light woop woop, all free ingredients)

2 slices wholemeal from 400g loaf

42g reduced fat cheddar
2 slices hovis wheatgerm bread (ive discovered that this isn't acceptable as a Healthy extra but not until afterwards, haha, so won't make the mistake again, unfortunately just a blip today)
