Wed 11th Aug - Red Day

B/fast fibreplus bar (HEB)

morning snack: strawberries and apple

lunch: tuna sandwich on two slices of nimble (HEB), 1/2 syn for mayo, pack of velvet crunch (4 syns), shape zero yog.

aft snack: apple

tea: salmon stir-fry.

HEB: Fibreplus bar and nimble
HEA: babybel cheese and milk added to tea during the day
Syns: mayo 1/2 and velvet crunch crisps 4
 
Thursday 12th Red Day

b/fast hi-fi bar (HEB)

morning snack: strawberries and apple

lunch: tuna sandwich, one two slices of nimble (HEB) 1/2 syn for mayo, bag of velvet crunch (4syns) and a shape zero yoghurt

Aft snack: banana

Wi: 1/2 pound on :( had a pecan Hi-Fi bar (6 syns)

Turkey spag bol, just the mince and salad for me.

HEB: Hi-fi bar and bread
HEA: babybels

Syns: hi-fi 6, velvet crunch 4, mayo 1/2 = 10 1/2

Friday 13th - Red Day

B/fast: orange hi-fi bar (HEB)

Morning snack: apple and orange

Lunch: tuna sandwich on two slices of nimble (HEB) and mayo 1/2, velvet crunch 4, shape zero yog.

Tea: chicken thigh fillets, roasted courgette, onions and red peppers, with some tomato passata

HEB: Hi-fi bar and bread
HEA: 250 milk added to drinks through the day
Syns: Velvet crunch: 4, mayo: 1/2, wine: 10 = 14/2
 
Saturday 14th Aug - Red no bread day!! ;)

B/fast: fibre plus bar (HEB)

dinner: sardines in tom sauce with mixed salad leaves.

Tea: steak, roasted peppers, onions, courgettes, with tinned toms and asparagus. Roasted new pots (HEB)

HEB: fibre plus bar and new potatoes
HEA: laughing cow triangles
Syns: wine this evening :D
 
Sunday 15th August - Red Day

B/fast hi-fi bar

Dinner: tuna salad with beetroot, mayo (1/2) syn

Aft snack: pack of velvet crunch (4 syns)

Tea: chicken basquaise from the original cook book, basically chicken, ham, peppers and tinned toms, with HEB of new potatoes and green beans.

HEB: Hi-fi bar and new potatoes
HEA: 250 milk added to tea during day

Syns: Mayo 1/2, Velvet Crunch: 4, 2 stubbie beers: 9 total 13 1/2
 
Monday 16th August - EE Day

b/fast: hi-fi bar

morning snack: banana

dinner: tinned mackrel in tom sauce with salad, pickled beetroot.

tea: out for hubby's birthday, tried to make the best choices possible, had steak, jacket (instead of chips) and peas, gave the onions rings, grilled tom and mushrooms to the other half.
usually I would have had a mixed starter, burgers and chips and a pudd so am really pleased with my choices!!

HEB: Hi-fi bar
HEA: 250ml s/skimmed milk added to tea during day.

Syns: Probably had all 15 maybe a few extra, but could have been so much worse!
 
Tuesday 17th August - Red Day

b/fast; toffee and pecan hi-fi bar (HEB)

morning snack: shape zero yoghurt

lunch: mackrel salad with added beetroot

Tea: salmon stir-fry with added sugar snap peas.

supper: jam on toast (HEB), 5 for jam and spread?

HEB: hi-fi bar and wholemeal bread
HEA: cheese and milk
Syns: jam/spread: 5 and velvet crunch 4 = 9
