1. Stick to the WW plan - no matter what.
2. Do some form of exercise every day.
3. Believe in myself and I can achieve anything.
4. Treat myself every month that I lose weight (non-food).
5. Try new recipes to keep my eating plan exciting.
6. Visit minimins.com every day to be motivated and to offer support to others.
7. Track every meal, every snack, every day, every week.
8. Drink at least 2 litres of water every day.
9. Save up for my new wardrobe and holiday once I reach goal!
10. Write how I've done on this thread every day for the next 365 days.

Okay so I know this isn't quite 2012 but here goes day one:

25/12/11 - so today I have eaten: (40pps allowance)
Breakfast: Bacon sandwich - 7pps
Lunch: all day breakfast - 14pps
Tea: chicken wrap - 7pps
Snacks: ww choc bar & mini maltesers - 5pps
4 x satsumas - 0pps

Total: 33pps (+10 weeklies) :)

Haven't done any exercise today - but it is xmas day!
Got weighed this morning and am down to 285lbs (4lbs off this week) my goal is to lose 9lbs by 9th Jan. Here's hoping!

I did have 3 chocolates and a cookie today and have counted 10pps from my weeklies - which I don't normally touch.

Must do some exercise tomorrow...

 
Here to follow you lovely :) You are so motivated and im sure by this time next year you will a happier, confident, healthier person! You done fab on xmas day, i didnt track...the points would have been sky high!!! Good luck x

26/12/2011 Day two...
Had a lazy day today, no exercise other than walking round to a friends house, but have eaten:
Breakfast: toast and choc spread and a banana - 4pps
Lunch: Bacon and egg sandwich - 7pps
Tea: ww chips, steak and onion wrap - 15pps
Snacks: 6 satsumas, 2 mini maltesers - 6pps
Total: 33pps (7 weeklies)

I lapsed after being out at a friends house for the evening and only having diet coke and cucumber sticks so got a chicken kebab and chips on the way home, but chips tasted horrible so only ate three and had half the chicken and the pitta which was flame grilled so only counted 7pps extra from my weeklies.

Must start the exercise again tomorrow!!

Okay so I've been away for two days and of course its because i have been bad!

I had a curry on Tuesday night but hardly ate anything during the day so think i can just about count it in my points.
and yesterday (weds) I went to Chester to meet mum and dad and started off okay but then dive bombed at the Black House steak and grill by having steak and chips and cheesecake.

No so good. But back on it with a vengeance today!

Today I have eaten:
Brunch: Bacon sandwich 7pps
Mid afternoon: Homemade Red pepper soup - 0pps
Tea: Chicken salad and Jacket potato - 12pps
snacks: 2 packs of walkers french fries - 5pps
Pudding: fresh fruit, 2 merangue nests and 2 spoons of elmlea - 4pps
Total for today: 28pps - is that all! I'm supposed to have 38!!
 
The Beginning - 2012

So tomorrow is the start of 'my' year.
I am ready for it. I know I can do this.

Had a good day today:
Brunch: 3 rashers grilled bacon, 2 boiled eggs, slice of toast - 9pps
mid afternoon: 2 slices toast and jam - 8pps
Snacks: 2 pks mini maltesters - 6pps
Tea: pork chop with veggies and roast potatoes - 10pps

Total: 33pps :D

no exercise done today as yet - I might break out the 'just dance' in a bit...

Days gone 1 / 364 days to go

So have been a perfect little bunny diet wise today. Haven't done any exercise again though but did feel rough last night and a bit this morning - full of cold - but i think it was as a result of having some bacardi on Friday night (alcohol allergy!)

I've been watching 'I used to be fat' on MTV for motivation today - made me feel like I am on the right path!

Okay so today I have eaten:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs on 1 slice of toast with brown sauce - 7pps
Dinner: Spicy chicken wraps - 9pps
Snacks: 2 ww choc bars & hot vimto - 6pps
Pudding: 2 merangue nests and strawberries with 2 tblsp of elmlea - 4pps
Total so far today: 26pps :D

I've drunk 4 huge glasses of water today too!

Going to have a options hot chocolate and a mini pack of maltesers later!!

So okay - not doing too well on the new years resolutions so far as i haven;t updated this diary for the past 2 days!
Ah well here goes:

Completely overdid the points on Monday but as I weighed in first thing and had lost 2lbs kind of carried on in my usual thread of having a curry after class - only there was no class!

Tuesday was good - made paella! Yum. 36pps in total.

Wednesday back to work and I am knackered! had 37 pps today - a lot of cake crap - but all weight watchers products so is it really that bad?
got weighed again this morning - can't stop myself and am still at 283lbs which is fab as I am on my period and feeling rough as hell - so hopefully by the time i get to class on Monday 9th Jan I will have lost another 2lbs which means I will have lost 8lbs between pre and post xmas weigh ins...fingers crossed!!

Had lots of lovely compliments at work today saying that it is noticeable now that I've lost a stone and a half! Also lots of compliments about my hair which is bordering on purple!!
Ah well...onwards and downwards!
 
Never had paella, meant to have it when I went Spain but never got round to it.
 
Really nice is paella James - I got the recipe from Lorraine Pascal off the telly. You could google it. I modified it slightly and halved the ingredients. T'was very yummy.

Had a really good day at work, was a bit peckish mid afternoon but had a huge orange! I was hungry before bed as well but was determined not to scoff anything - is it mad to think that if i go to bed hungry I'll lose more weigh? Maybe its psychological?

Breakfast: Toast and choc spread - 4pps
Lunch: chicken sandwich and walkers french fries - 12pps
Tea: chicken and bacon wrap - 11pps
Snacks: 2 ww bars & mini maltesers & walkers french fries - 9pps
Total: 36pps

Not too bad.

Had a good day today - did my Just dance exercise this morning!

Breakfast: Bacon and egg sandwich - 8pps
Lunch: hm zero soup 6 satsumas - 0pps
Tea: chicken with ww creamy mushroom sauce and leeks - 6pps
Snacks: 1 walkers french fries, 1 ww choc bar, 1 wrap and choc spread - 9pps
Pudding: 2 meringues, strawberries and elmlea - 4pps
supper: Wrap with three slices bacon - 6pps
Total: 33pps

Note to self: The ww creamy mushroom sauce is vile. Do not buy it again!
Seem to have eaten a lot today but haven't had all my propoints as yet!

7 days gone / 358 to go

So had a good day yesterday - did lots of cleaning and that was exercise! Managed to get my Wii fitness level down to 33 as well - not bad seeing as I'm 38!

Had a good day on the diet as well.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs on toast - 7pps
Lunch: sausage and mushroom wrap - 10pps
Tea: Beef stew and bread - 12pps
Snacks: 2 crispy choc bites, i mini baileys hagen daas ice cream - 9pps

Total: 38pps

On a good note I weighed in at 282lbs today! :D Official weigh in Monday evening at class - three weeks since last weigh in - I was 289lbs at last weigh in!


 
Hiya seen your note on the January thread. You were wondering about all you dailies. My advice would definately be to eat every last daily!! and your weeklies. I did this from midway in my plan and my losses increased and I stayed better on plan. I'd advice everyone to do the same. I'm at goal now and I've increased my dailies and continue to eat every last one. It really works. Enjoy......oh and if you struggle nuts are a great way to use up pp without eating alot x

Had a really good day today - had friends over who brought toffee dodgers - and I didn't even have one - i didn't even think about it until after they had gone and realised there was two left!

Had a good day - went out to church this morning then came back and have relaxed - done a bit on the Wii and now I'm almost ready for bedfordshire!!

Breakfast: Bacon sandwich (small one) - 5pps
Lunch: sausage and mushroom wrap - 10pps
Tea: 2 pork chops and veggies - 8pps
Snacks: 1 choc bite, 3 mini maltesers, 1 pear, 1 pk french fries - 12pps
Total: 35pps

for 4 pps left ...hmm...what to have?

A good day all round - I'm ready for work tomorrow and have my WW tuna on standby!!

Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow evening!
